At Confetti Rebels, we want you to love your new goodies! Please read our returns policy before purchasing.

14-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer store credit or exchanges on eligible full-price items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and have all tags attached. Store credit is issued for the price paid.

Change-of-mind refunds to your original payment method are not offered. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

CUSTOM DTF SLOGAN TEES

Our custom DTF slogan tees are made to your chosen design. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Please check your size, colour and slogan carefully before ordering. Your consumer rights still apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

 

SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES

Sale items and accessories priced under $30 are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS 🎄

For eligible purchases made between 15 October and 24 December 2026, we offer an extended change-of-mind return window until 15 January 2027, or 14 days after delivery, whichever is later.

Standard return conditions apply. Custom DTF tees remain eligible for store credit or exchange only, and sale items and accessories under $30 are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

BACK-ORDERS

Sequin jackets and Plissé skirts on back-order will be shipped within a maximum of two weeks. If your order includes in-stock items, we'll ship these separately at our cost. Your return period starts when you receive each item.

Return eligible change-of-mind items using a tracked satchel.

Customers cover change-of-mind return postage. Confetti Rebels covers Australian shipping for approved exchanges. Faulty or incorrect items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
