LOCAL SHIPPING
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post in HERO Package tracked parcels. They do not require a signature on delivery, however if you would like express shipping you can purchase an upgrade here. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us for additional information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international parcels are shipped within a week of purchase and have tracking. There is a flat charge of $30, however if shipping comes to less, we will refund the difference. 

We endeavour to pack and post all parcels within 2-3 days after purchasing, however as it is just me, Amy, packing with two energetic children to look after, sometimes it can be a delay. We do send a shipping notification via email or SMS to your preferred contact number. Please allow 1-2 weeks for Australia wide shipping and between 3-6 weeks for international shipping.

As parcels do go missing in the mail, we will try and organise a solution to keep both satisfied. These things happen, so please be patient with us!
